This beautiful ported box is tuned to 42Hz. The ½ inch thick treated MDF ensures the box will be tough enough to withstand very strong vibrations along with giving very accurate acoustical resonances for the perfect bass response. Inside the box is two of our best-selling subs, the MD12 subwoofer. These subs have a 42 oz ferrite magnet and can take up to 250 watts RMS each and 500w maximum power! With a 4 ohm configuration on the 2 inch 4-layer voice coil, you will have no problem making power out of your amplifier because the final load will be optimal and with a sensitivity of 85.2dB. With this you wont miss out on any of the wide range of frequencies this sub and box combo can produce!

This subwoofer requires an external amplifier to feed it the 300 watts RMS it needs at 4 ohms.  Equipped with rubber surround and plastic cone these speakers were built to last. The ferrite magnet and copper voice coil on these speakers gives added stability while enclosed for when these speakers are pushed to their limit.

The built in amp provides power at a power rating of 250W RMS and 500W MAX: perfect power settings for long-lasting jam sessions.
